I'm Experiencing Very Bad Gallbladder Pain. ( Not Diagnosed ,

I'm experiencing very bad gallbladder pain. ( Not diagnosed , awaiting clinic appointment. Have had several bad bouts including being admitted to a and e with suspected heart problem Was diagnosed with AF which I'm sure was brought about by this severe pain. This was on 19th December. What effective pain killers can I take as I'm on Apixaban(blood thinner) and Bisoprolol. Your advice would be greatly appreciated
