I'm Feeling A Bit Of Discomfort Around My Upper Stomach

I'm feeling a bit of discomfort around my upper stomach region. I've not had anything to eat today so far (12:24 pm currently) but one small candy bar. I was fine until about 30 mins ago, but then I thought it was just because I haven't eaten yet. I went to the bathroom when I felt nauseous and tried to make myself vomit. Nothing came out but spit and a few specks of blood. Nothing major, just a few wisps. Should I be concerned?
