I'm Female 49yrs Old Have Fibromyalgia Irritable Bowels,since Christmas Had

I'm female 49yrs old have fibromyalgia irritable bowels,since Christmas had upper right back pain,comes &goes.when I get it ,it last for hours it get so bad can't stand the pain feels like I'm being crushed,seen doctor refereed me to physio but have to wait another week but pain unbearable I've taken painkillers but don't seem to help I'm on loads of tablets for my illness,
