I'm Five Months Pregnant With My Third Child And This

I'm five months pregnant with my third child and this is my second time during a pregnancy that I had problems with my vagina, it's itchy and burning and have discharge worse then a yeast infection it's very uncomfortable and I can barely walk not alone sit down. Its painful and it feels like something is stuck up inside me and the itching sometimes leads to a little bleeding I've been hospitalized for it before. What should I do?
