I'm Getting A Really Horrible Pressure Feeling In My Clitoris

I'm getting a really horrible pressure feeling in my clitoris and I feel like I need to urinate all the time to the point where I don't move off the loo. I get a cramp every now and then also. It feels like a uti but the uti's I've had previously didn't feel like this.
