Im Getting A Very Odd Tiny Brief Pin Prick -

Im getting a very odd tiny brief pin prick - just as if a hard thread is sticking fm clothes to skin. Mainly is below inner ankle of left foot otherwise just random underside of wrist, elbow, lower spine any odd place. Its not effecting me otherwise - just curious.
