I'm Getting My Blood Tested To See If I'm Fertile

I'm getting my blood tested to see if I'm fertile tomorrow. I used crystal meth last night. I'm not a regular user I've only done it twice in my life and I'm not addicted. Will this affect my blood test tomorrow? They are testing estrogen, testosterone, glucose and a few other things.
