I'm Getting My Pre Opp Lab Work Done For Foot

I'm getting my pre opp lab work done for foot surgery and my wbc's ua/Hpf is 6-10. Should I be concerned! I do have cirrhosis of the liver. Yesterday I had the same test and my #were >25?
Also my rbc,urine hpf came back 26-50 re-ck today and it's 0-3? Could this have been contaminated urine on my 1st test yesterday verses today?
