I'm Getting Small Flesh Coloured Lumps About 3mm In Size

I'm getting small flesh coloured lumps about 3mm in size all over my mouth and it's painful. I had 3 and two stopped hurting. I was put on amoxillin and cefprozil and they didnt do anything. It started with a sore throat a month ago. These bumps are on the small palate, in front of the tonsil, and on my tonsillar pillars. What could it be?
