I'm Going On My 6th Day With The WORST MIGRAINE

I'm going on my 6th day with the WORST MIGRAINE LIKE HEADACHES WH NOTHING IS HELPING. Im also running a fever which I can't seem to get rid of. I'm at all pains whits end??? Starting to wake me up in middle of the night. I wake up alo feel like I'm something horrible will happen to me!!! But I can't handle this pain any longer and my body al so very achey. !!!!!!! I'm very I'll. What can this be. I can't take it much longer
