I'm Going Through Menopause And I Tried Every Antidepressant And

I'm going through menopause and I tried every antidepressant and none of them work but I take an adderall from my daughter before and it helps with my sex drive and when I don't take anything I have no desire or passion for sex anymore and I'm concerned about my marriage. My memory is terrible I can't focus on anything and my fatigue is off the charts please help me
