I'm Going To Peru September 12 And Have A Prescription

I'm going to Peru September 12 and have a prescription for Vivotif (oral). I also have a root canal scheduled for September 5, and need to start amoxicillin 3 days before. Should I start the Vivotif today and finish it by August 30, and then start the amoxicillin?
