I'm Going To The Doctor Next Week, But I Need

I'm going to the doctor next week, but I need an idea of what prescription they might prescribe me to figure out cost.

I have a white clumpy discharge that only happens when I pee (no burning or itching) occasionly I see it in my underwear as well. There is a foul odor, strong during intercourse. (same partner for 2 years, both tested before engaging in intercorse) I have occasional diarrhea, but that could be caused by my poor diet. I am 20yo 5'10" 128lbs. I had the same problem 2 months ago, so I took a home yeast infection test, it came back positive, so I used monistat 1 and my problems went away until just recently.
