Im Have Had Chest Tightness Non Stop For 5 Days

Im have had chest tightness non stop for 5 days now. also have been feeling lightheadness and shakiness and tightness in my left arm. The chest tightness is under my pec. Have had symptoms before and have been diagnosed as anxiety but thsi time is way worse. they get worse as day goes on. This all started with headaches two weeks ago and found out I have sinus infection. I am treating that now. I have been weaker over last two weeks and more fatigued. I have had Eco of heart and came back normal. starting to get really discouraged. Please help
