I'm Having Pressure In My Lower Abdominal. Right Above Public

I'm having Pressure in my lower abdominal. Right above public area. Also very uncomfortable after I void. Sometimes I can pee a lot other times not much at all. Been feeling like I have to pee quite often. Dipped my urine and doesn't appear to be utI.. I also have a tingling feeling in my lip every do often. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. That has been going on since January 1st with the other symptoms being present about 5 days. Any suggestions as what it could be?
