I'm Having A Blocked Nose Which Isn't Runny But Dry

I'm having a blocked nose which isn't runny but dry since last 10 days and my throat becomes so dry even though I'm drinking enough water. It feels like there is mucus stuck between my nose and throat, which comes out of my mouth. Daily, there is a little amount of mucus coming out.
I do not have any allergies or sinus. My doctor did prescribe nasal drops, But they only provide relief and not cure the dry/blocked nose.
I'm not able to sleep properly these days because of this issue. Please help!
