Im Having A Brown Spotting 5days Now An I Was

Im having a brown spotting 5days now an i was admitted overnight. For observation. They did transvaginal ultrasound and shows no fetal pole. Im 5-6weeks now.my betahcg 1week ago was 12,000 and yesterday was 13,000+.dr advised me to come back for ultrasound after one week. I took duphaston 2x now. Im worried might be miscarriage?! Pls give me some advise.. Thanks.. Yumi
