Im Having A Chickenpox At First I Saw A Boil

Im having a chickenpox at first i saw a boil in my neck... Then im feeling a bit of a fever then the second day another one came... On the third day morning my fever get low then at noon at work my co worker saw small spots in my nect and face... And in my body too... Then while eating i saw in the mirror that it got worser...can you recommend me some remedies that i can buy in some local drugstore...? And for how long should i suffer from it...? Tnx
