I'm Having A Discoloration Around My Upper And Lower Lip

I'm having a discoloration around my upper and lower lip and now it's like coming down on each corners of my mouth, my skin is a dark caramel but the coloration is a light caramel color, very noticeable, what van I do about it, I'm presently using cocoa butter
