I'm Having A Dull Constant Pain In My Left Upper

I'm having a dull constant pain in my left upper chest area (front of body). Very close to the armpit area. I've had two rotator cuff surgeries on the left side, but that was a few years ago. Aspirin isn't helping. Could it just be a pulled muscle? Anything to worry about?
