I'm Having A Lot Of Pain In My Pelvis Area.

I'm having a lot of pain in my pelvis area. It is a pressure pain that seems to become more severe in the afternoon/evening when I've been on my feet all day. I've had the symptoms for about 2 1/2 days. It's very painful to stand up from sitting and just the initial first step is excruciating.
