I'm Having A Nerve-type Pain In My Right Lateral Wrist.

I'm having a nerve-type pain in my right lateral wrist. It comes in waves and is stabbing in nature. It lasts about 5 seconds and it happens about every 5-10 minutes. 2 days ago I got my upper arm (biceps & triceps area) caught in a motorized recliner. The next morning I woke up with this wrist pain. I also have stenosis in my neck, C-5 & C6. Which do you think might be causing this wrist pain?
