I'm Having A Problem With High Blood Pressure...and I Shake

I'm having a problem with high blood pressure...and I shake sometimes. As we speak my bp is 169/99. I am 57 yrs old and I have copd and seem to always have good blood test results. I am 5'5" tall and 148 lbs. I have tenitis and when my bp goes up it gets worse. I also have flutters in my chest. I dont know if the ventolin and spiriva may be causing some of my symptoms.
