I'm Having A Problem With My Foot, Right Underneath My

I'm having a problem with my foot, right underneath my ankle if I barely graze it or even put on my socks it sends a tingling/rushing pain all through my foot to my toes and some times my foot just tingles on it own, I haven't went to the hospital yet but I have no idea what it could be, please help
