I'm Having A Problem With Tingles In My Arms And

I'm having a problem with tingles in my arms and legs....started with my fingers....thought maybe it was the start of carpal tunnel...however it doesn't hurt. The last two months it has gotten worse....some days I have a hard time moving my hands and arms. I have almost face planted a couple of times because I thought my legs were with me and tried to walk and they didn't move. I do have fibromyalgia
