I'm Having A Sharp Burning Pain Under My Right Ribcage.

I'm having a sharp burning pain under my right ribcage. It moves across to the center of my back and up my ribs. I have dizzy spells all the time now and I had one so bad I collapsed. The pain can sometimes feel like a cramp like when you're hiking or you swim too much. However, other times I'm in so much pain I can't speak or move. I also dont have a gallbladder but I was diagnosed 6 years ago with Fatty Liver Disease.
