I'm Having A Shooting Pain In My Clitoris When I

I'm having a shooting pain in my clitoris when I walk or stand. I think the skin may have fused as I can't see the clitoris when I pull back the skin. I have Sjogren's Syndrome and I'm wondering if this is related. I've tried warm water squeeze bottle to clean the area and will try a warm bath. Is it safe to use Neosporin with pain reliever? Is that likely to help if I can't see the clitoris?
