I'm Having A Stomach Ache And Am Gassy, Bloated And

I'm having a stomach ache and am gassy, bloated and feel tender in the abdomen that developed overnight; but I worry that it could be a burst appendix, but I don't seem to have a fever when I checked it. I think I either had bad food or simply too much and then went to sleep on it. The pain is NOT excruciating, but it's unusual for me to feel this way.
