I'm Having A Total Knee Replacement Soon. The Pre Op

I'm having a total knee replacement soon. The pre op blood work showed a high MVP. My father suffered 3 m.i.s in his thirties and died at 57 of a stroke. My brother had a triple bypass at 35 and needed it again two years later. I'm 68 and female; should I be concerned?
