Im Having A Very Bad Migraine, I Haven't Had One

Im having a very bad migraine, i haven't had one in a very long time. usually when i do i take excederine migraine and it helps but this time its lasting me close to 3 hours. along with this i have extreme nausea to the point where I'm hovering over the toilet thinking I'm going to vomit. I also am really shaky my hands won't stay still, and my heart rate is very rapid.
