I'm Having A Water Discharge. It Flows Heavier When Standing.

I'm having a water discharge. It flows heavier when standing. The week before when my period was supposed to be on it was light pink when I wiped. Not heavy enough to wear anything. Also that week I wiped a soft pink tissue like substance for a day or two. I also have lower back pain.
