Im Having Arthritic Like Pain That Moves From Ribs To

Im having arthritic like pain that moves from ribs to spine, lower back, shoulder and neck. Numbness in left thigh with prolonged walking andon the outside of left hand and arm to elbow. For 6 days ive had severe pain in my neck and shoulder. A few very itchy stinging bumps have appeared on the affected shoulder. Im 51 overweigh, diabetic, afib and hbp. Osteo arthritis and osteoporosis and degenerative disc disease are in my family
