I'm Having Cramps In My Left Shoulder Blade, And The

I'm having cramps in my left shoulder blade, and the pain is like a clenched feeling, also slightly in my left breast. The pain is coming in inconsistent waves and it hurts when I breathe out. I have had previous muscle problems with that shoulder, but I am wondering what could possibly be happening.
