I'm Having Diaphragm Pain And Earlier Loose Stool With Pain

I'm having diaphragm pain and earlier loose stool with pain throughout my gutt...seems like the pain is moving across my diaphragm area but mostly in the center...took Zantac eairler...since husband illness I've been having tummy issues...can I take a gas x also...the pain is pretty bad but seems to ease a little when I burp...I'm 50 years old and over weight
