I'm Having Difficulty With Some Back Pain On My Right

I'm having difficulty with some back pain on my right side above the waist. I am on a high protein low carb diet for about the last 6 weeks. I have planters fascitis in my right foot/ heal for about 6 weeks. I have had this condition with my foot before and it lasted a year and was gone as quickly as it came. I do take potassium supplements and b vitamins along with a multivitamin. Any thoughts?
