I'm Having Discomfort In Upper Right Abdominal. Gall Bladder Area

I'm having discomfort in upper right abdominal. Gall bladder area feel like I have a fever but temp below normal , this is strange since I'm drinking hot coffee. Also pain in back also toward shoulder area pretty certain gallbladder my question is this something I should go to hospital for or wait to see what my ultrasound show which is scheduled for Monday. Thanks
