I'm Having Emergency Laser Surgery On Stuck Kidney Stone Next

I'm having emergency laser surgery on stuck kidney stone next week. My kidney is swollen. They will be going up through my bladder. The urologist and my GP are not working together. Is it ok to take Sudafed prescribed by my allergist to breathe (I have almost no bronchi). Also I take Adderall for ADD because of a brain injury during surgery. Is it ok to take that? It will be general anesthesia. Thank you.
