I'm Having Extreme Pelvic Pain, I Had Two Ultrasounds And

I'm having extreme pelvic pain, I had two ultrasounds and a ct scan, shows "cyst" or mass. Thickened endometrium. The gynecologist I was seeing a month ago, told me my estrogen levels were elevated, and my ovary was enlarged. My periods completely stopped. I spot red blood here and there, and my pain has become unbearable. What could be the problem?
