I'm Having Extreme Weakness In My Arms And Legs. Followed

I'm having extreme weakness in my arms and legs. Followed by the feeling of swelling with no actual swelling. All my joints hurt and crack constantly. With lymph nodes enlarged. Been to 5 different doctors And have had multiple tests ran. With no findings. No meds have helped with anything. What's wrong with me??
