I'm Having Flank Pain On My Right Side, I Fear

I'm having flank pain on my right side, I fear it's another kidney stone . If I'm lying down its no pain but when I try to get up or bend to the right it feels like a knife is sticking me , can this stone be in the ureter ? How can you tell the difference? I don't have a fever and not nauseous,
