I'm Having Frequent Bowel Movements They Are Pretty Small And

I'm having frequent bowel movements they are pretty small and 5 or 6 times a day. Used to be once a day my entire life. They are very runny and yellow in color. I'm a functional alcoholic and on occasion this goes away for a day or two, seemingly whem I drink less and eat a lot more food. They also burn my rectum. I have hemorrhoids as well. Thoughts?
