I'm Having Intense Pain And Swelling That Starts Near My

I'm having intense pain and swelling that starts near my left labia and tunnels back towards my rectum. It's hasn't drained but i havent tried to make it. Its not visible to the naked eye only to the touch. It has gradually increased in size over the past few days. It is affecting my bms as well making it hard to strain.
