I'm Having Lower Abdominal Pain Both Sides .. Gotten Worst

I'm having lower abdominal pain both sides .. gotten worst over last couple weeks.. urinary leaking... I'm in remission stage four non Hodgkin lymphoma that spread into my bones entire pelvis spine also other organs.. I did 6 treatments of chop r and maintenance of retuxin x16 ... lower back is hurting very bad... but I had a clear pet scan back in Oct. So I don't know what this could be.. it's very painful getting worst
