I'm Having Lower Back Pain. I Turned To Far To

I'm having lower back pain. I turned to far to the right a couple months ago and felt something year, my back hasn't been the same. It hurt more after I have slept, getting up hurts and. Then the pain usually stops for the day but the last 2 days it's been a dull ache. I'm 53 and a women still get my period occasionally. I have it now but it's only been brown it hasn't turned red like normal.
