I'm Having Lower Back Pain And Right Groin Pain That

I'm having lower back pain and right groin pain that is radiating down my knee. I fell 3 weeks, four different times. I also noticed Sunday night that I have some swelling in my lower back. I have a history of lower back surgery fusion Seven years ago. What could be causing the swelling?
