Im Having Lower Back Pain Right Side, Radiating Around To

Im having lower back pain right side, radiating around to the front of my hip. No fever but was up throwing up last night. Could not sleep. Have taken an old zofran to stop the nausea but now have horrible headache. Zofran is wearing off. I do have a bulging disc L5 I think. But this seems different. Should I go to the ER?
