Im Having Middle To Upper Back Pain With A Bit

Im having middle to upper back pain with a bit of nausea, sweating and chest pressure. Could this be related to acid reflux? It is 11 pm and ate around 8pm. It just started. Also, my hide scan ejection fraction was 32%, and gallbladder ultrasound was clear.
