Im Having Mucus In My Stool And Been Normally Have

Im having mucus in my stool and been normally have very good Bowel movement and a few weeks before I was having trouble passing and now I'm having on and off diareah And burning I did some research and I thought it was hemrodes but I read more and thought it was an anal abscess please help so I can go to my doctor.
