I'm Having Muscle Pain In My Right Shoulder, Back, Arm,

I'm having muscle pain in my right shoulder, back, arm, forearm, hand (more specifically hypothenar muscle, pinky & opposite ring finger feel numb-ish & tingling), right quad, center of right calf, and the sole of my right foot..it's worse at night & it's starting to concern me. It's been going on for at least 3-4 days and it's preventing me from sleeping well. Wondering what I should do...?
