Im Having No Pain When Peeing, Or Change In How

Im having no pain when peeing, or change in how often i go (from what i think) i peed the other day and had what looked like tiny strings, that were red. I assumed it was blood... they looked like when you have a sinus infection and when tou blow your nose and there blue. Is this a possibility of pregnancy or miscarriage?
